斯特默环形山（Störmer）是位于月球背面北部区的一座大撞击坑，约形成于38-32亿年前的晚雨海世[1]，其名称取自挪威数学家暨地球物理学家弗雷德里克·卡尔·穆勒茨·斯特默（Fredrik Carl Mülertz Størmer，1874年－1957年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西北毗邻奥利维尔环形山、东北靠近奥伯特陨石坑、伽莫夫环形山位于它的北面、东南坐落了巨大的达朗伯环形山，而它的南面则是较小的范赖恩陨石坑[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为57°08′N 146°39′E / 57.14°N 146.65°E / 57.14; 146.65，直径68.62公里[3]，深度约2.75公里[1]。
斯特默环形山是一座相对年轻陨石坑，几乎未受到明显的后续撞击磨损和侵蚀。坑沿边缘完整尖峭，沿西北内壁分布有阶地状结构。西南外壁上附靠了卫星坑“斯特默 P”。环形山坑壁高出周边地形1280米[1]，内部容积约有4156.98公里3[1]。坑内地表较为平坦，中心点附近坐落了一座双峰丘。
