科赫尔陨石坑（Kocher）是位于月球背面南极附近的一座小撞击坑，其名称取自瑞士外科医生、1909年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主"埃米尔·特奥多尔·科赫尔"（1841年-1917年），2009年1月22日被国际天文学联合会正式接受[1]。

该陨坑西侧靠近库恩陨石坑、东北毗邻阿什布鲁克环形山，巴哲陨石坑位于它的东南、它的西南和南面分别坐落德·杰拉许陨石坑和斯维德鲁普陨石坑[2]。其中心月面坐标为84°28′S 134°01′W / 84.47°S 134.02°W / -84.47; -134.02，直径24.03公里[3]，深度约1.88公里[4]。
科赫尔陨石坑外观轮廓接近圆状，东侧向外突出，坑壁边沿清晰，内侧壁光滑平直。它的坑壁最大高出周边地形840米[4]，内部容积约368立方千米[4]。坑底表面崎岖凹凸。由于靠近南极，因此，它大部分时间都处于永夜区。
