硬顎音（英语：Palatal consonant，也称硬顎輔音、上顎音），為以舌面接近或抵著硬顎部分（口腔上中部）而發出之輔音，屬舌面音（舌面中音）。如以舌尖捲起回抵著硬腭而發的輔音則稱之為捲舌音。
