始巨鱷屬（學名：Eotitanosuchus）是種似哺乳爬行動物，化石發現於俄羅斯的彼爾姆地區，跟巴莫鱷和冠鱷獸一起在河相沉積層中發現。牠們生存在2億5500萬年前，是種大型的動物；雖然頭骨通常是35公分長，這些屬於幼年體的，成年的頭骨被估計有1公尺長。

如同巴莫鱷，始巨鱷是種掠食動物，但牠們很原始，眼眶後的顳顬孔很小，讓牠們的咬合力很小。然而在巴莫鱷類中，始巨鱷的顳顬孔仍然是最大的。
