Live Nation Entertainment是一家全球性的娛樂公司，由Live Nation和Ticketmaster合併成立。該公司擁有、租賃、營運、擁有預定權和股份於大量的美國娛樂場館。領導層包括董事長Greg Maffei（Liberty Media的執行長）和加拿大籍總裁、執行長Michael Rapino（Live Nation的前執行長）。


為公司帶來發展的合併並非曾經沒有遭到反對。預計的合併一開始於挪威和土耳其獲得監管部門的許可[2]。美國司法部在雙方同意的情況下於2010年1月25日表示對合併的許可[3]。然而，英國競爭事務委員會於2009年10月臨時表示反對兩公司的合併[4]。2009年12月22日，競爭事務委員會撤回了該決定並為兩公司的合併讓行[2]。

The Volkswagen Group MQB platform is the company's strategy for shared modular design construction of its transverse, front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout (optional front-engine, four-wheel-drive layout) automobiles.
