老挝語（老撾語：ພາສາລາວ），又稱寮語，是老撾的官方语言，属壯侗語系侗台語族的壯傣語支。其使用人口约520万，主要分佈於寮國，泰國東北部和北部佬族居住地区。
其書寫文字老挝文是在梵文和巴利文的基础上逐渐演变而来的。
