蓬图（法语：Ponthoux）是法国汝拉省的一个旧市镇，位于该省东南部，属于圣克洛德区（Saint-Claude）。该市镇总面积2.18平方公里，2009年时的人口为88人。[1]
2016年1月1日起，蓬图整体并入相邻的圣克洛德旁拉旺（法语：Lavans-lès-Saint-Claude）。
