十二伊玛目派或简称伊玛目派（阿拉伯文：اثنا عشرية‎，波斯文：اثنی عشری‎）是伊斯兰教什叶派中最大的派系，因尊崇阿里及其后裔等12代伊玛目而得名，也是伊朗伊斯兰共和国的国教，主要分布于伊朗、伊拉克、巴基斯坦和印度等地。
