羅技（英语：Logitech International S.A.）是瑞士的行動裝置研製企業，成立於1981年。股票代號為LOGI（納斯達克）及LOGN（瑞士證券交易所），辦事處及經銷網遍及世界一百多個國家或區，北美、歐洲和亞太地區的主要城市設有銷售辦公室，包括矽谷、洛桑、香港、蘇州、新竹及東京等地。Logitech品牌在日本市場變更成Logicool，主要目的是為了避免與Logitec既有的已註冊商標混淆。

- 2001年，收購Labtec，成立3Dconnexion[3][4]。
- 2006年，收購Slim Devices[5]。
- 2008年，收購SightSpeed及Ultimate Ears[6][7][8]。
- 2009年，收購LifeSize[9][10]。
- 2010年5月，合作並且參與開發Google TV[11]。
