桡骨（拉丁语：radius，复数：radii）是人和脊椎动物（四足）前臂两长骨之一；在某些动物（如蛙和蟾蜍），桡骨与尺骨愈合成桡尺骨。
人的桡骨位于大拇指側，上端为扁圓形的头，上面参与肘关节的组成，而以其周缘与尺骨构成桡尺近侧关节（组成肘关节的一部分），下端粗大，下面参与桡腕关节的组成，其内侧面与尺骨下端相接，构成桡尺远侧关节。
由于桡骨与尺骨上、下端之间均有关节，桡骨可以环绕尺骨做140°－160°的回旋运动，即前臂和手的旋前和旋后运动；当桡骨下端旋至尺骨前方称“旋前”，此时桡骨与尺骨交叉，与此相反的运动称“旋后”，此时两骨并列；这样大大增加手的活动范围。
如果跌倒時用手掌撐地，由於橈骨須承受所有力量，有可能因此發生骨折。
