雅利安·伐爾塔（梵語：आर्यावर्त，Āryāvarta），含義為高貴者的領土[1]，或雅利安人的神聖國土[2]，在古梵語中是指北印度。是由喜馬拉雅山的犍陀羅至溫迪亞山脈，孟加拉灣至阿拉伯海。

大洪水後，雅利安人就在印度的西北方，幾千年之後才東南下。
