文化認同

文化認同（英语：cultural identity）是對一個群體或文化的身份认同（感），又或者是指個人受其所屬的群體或文化影響，而對該群體或文化產生的認同感。文化認同與身份政治相似並有重疊，但兩者意義並不相同。

簡介

有一些現代的文化問題會轉變成對身份認同的問題。不同的文化研究及社會理論均對文化認同作研究。近幾十年，識別並與來自各個折斷件作為一個整體受到一種新形式。文化認同是身份構成的過程，構成身份的元素就是文化符號，例如地方、性別、種族、歷史、國籍、性傾向、宗教信仰和族群。^[1]

部份批評者指由於文化認同是建基於差異的，是分化社會的一個力量；相反世界主義可以給人們一個更強的和共有的身份認同感。^[2]然而文化认同的支持者认为，文化認同並不一定會分化社會。并以下述例子进行反驳：在國際上交往和合作的實際情況來說，每個國家都必然是國際社會的一個組成部份，同時提供人們一個基礎以及一種方式去識別其他人，也讓人們識別自己。例子從以往及近代的國際秩序中都可以找到：在舊的國際秩序中，歐洲國家在文化上都同度地相似，原因是她們共同經歷過的歷史是一種"頻繁的暴力關係"，以及她們的文化都是起源於希臘-羅馬文明。布朗（C。Brown）亦認為民族國家（nation-state）這個西方發明事實上對很多文化來說是很吸引力而且有同化能力的。^[3]

文化基督徒，指對基督教的文化認同，而非其信仰價值觀認同。
