齒齦閃音（英语：alveolar tap/flap）為子音的一種。在IPA裡，表示齒、齒齦及齒齦後閃音的符號為〈ɾ〉，其相對的X-SAMPA符號為〈4〉。
特征
發音方法是閃音，指氣流衝出時與肌肉一次快速接觸，使得一發音器官碰及另一器官。
- 發音部位是齒齦，即舌尖抵住上齒齦脊發音。
- 發聲類型是濁音，意味着發音時聲帶顫動。
- 本輔音是口腔輔音（口音），表示發音時空氣從只從口裡流出。
- 本輔音為中央輔音，發音時氣流在口腔的中央流過舌面，而不從兩側流過。
氣流特點是經由肺與橫膈膜流出，而非從口腔或喉門流出。
出现于
日语 - そら [soɾa]（天空）。日语中该音出现在ラ行假名中。说话者因此使用卷舌齿龈闪音。
西班牙语 - pero [peɾo] （然而）
朝鲜语 - 나라 [naɾa] （国家）
美式英语 - better [bɛɾɚ] （更好）。多见于较随便的发音。
