贵族政治（古希臘語：ἀριστοκρατία，"aristokratía"。英语：Aristocracy），或译作贵族制或貴族民主，是指由少数几个贵族集团和精英階層掌握政权的政府组织形式，亦可指少數集團和企業寡頭壟斷的政治。

- 英文 Aristocracy 一词来自古希腊文 aristos（最优的）和 kratos（统治）两个词根。亞里斯多德在他的《政治學》中，提出六種政體，貴族制與寡頭制相同，統治權由某個階級中的少數人共有，但是貴族制是以公利為出發點，寡頭制則是以統治階級自身利益為出發。
