約翰·彼得·賽斯嘉（John Peter Sarsgaard，/ˈsɑːrzɡɑːrd/，1971年3月7日－），是名美國電影與舞台劇演員，代表作是2004年的喜劇電影《情歸紐澤西》。他第一個出名角色是1995年在《死囚168小时》中的演出，隨後他還在1998年參與演出了《酷男痞女電到你》。同年，他在《鐵面人》中擔綱飾演配角，阿多斯不幸的兒子拉烏爾。賽斯嘉之後在《男孩別哭》（1999年）中飾演John Lotter，因此一炮而紅。2001年，他首次在《在世界的中心，沉淪慾》中擔綱飾演男主角。翌年，他在《黑金帝國》、《萬里追兇》、《K-19：寡妇制造者》等電影中飾演配角。
