1992年9月28日,长沙中联建设机械产业公司成立。2000年转型为长沙中联重工科技发展股份有限公司,并于深圳证券交易所发行A股股票。2001年收购英国保路捷公司。2002年以承债方式收购湖南机床厂。2003年,长沙建机院、中联重科、浦沅集团、浦沅工程机械有限公司实现四方重组并购。2004年入选深证100指数成份股。2008年6月,中联重科与弘毅投资、高盛公司和曼达林基金正式签署协议,收购世界三大混凝土机械制造商之一的意大利赛法(Compagnia Italiana Forme Acciaio S.p.A.;CIFA)100%股权后,混凝土机械产品市场占有率跃居全球第一。2008年全球工程机械行业排名中,中联重科位列第17位;全国工程机械行业利润排名第1位。作为中国工程机械产业的领军企业,过去5年,中联重科以年均70.27%的销售额增幅,位居全球工程机械制造商50强企业第一位,比全球50强10.75%的平均增幅,高出59.52个百分点,创造了业界称道的“中联速度”, 2010年中联重科销售额成功撞线500亿元。[2]

The Volkswagen Group MQB platform is the company's strategy for shared modular design construction of its transverse, front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout (optional front-engine, four-wheel-drive layout) automobiles. Volkswagen spent roughly $60bn [1] developing this new platform and the cars employing it. The platform underpins a wide range of cars from the supermini class to the mid size SUV class. MQB allows Volkswagen to assemble any of its cars based on this platform across all of its MQB ready factories.
