橋腦(拉丁语: Pons)是人和兩足動物小脑腹面的特有构造。
脑桥在延腦的上方和小腦前方,它位於延髓与中脑的大脑脚之間,前后缘有横沟为界;外形呈白色弓状的横隆凸;内部有大量的横走的神经纤维,连接左、右小脑半球,并有许多纵走的神经纤维束,联系端脑、间脑、中脑、延髓和脊髓,在神经纤维束之间有许多神经核。
脑桥對於人的睡眠具有調節和控制的作用。
